Your smile is the first thing many people notice about you. No one else has a smile quite like you but if you are not happy with your smile it can make you less confident and even afraid to smile. Crooked teeth, stained or discoloured teeth, spaces between the teeth, and even missing teeth can cause you to feel unattractive.
Have A Dental Emergency?
Give us call and we will do everything we can to fit you in today!
We hate seeing someone in pain so we always do our best to help with any urgent dental problem. Even if it is just getting you some pain killers and antibiotic to get you through the next few days.
What is Periodontitis
Periodontitis, better known as Gum Disease, is more common than one might think. This condition occurs when bacteria in the form of plaque and calculus are allowed to grow unchecked on the teeth. The body’s natural inflammatory response kicks in causing swelling and redness in the area and can even lead to bleeding gums. This infection can eventually spread below the gum line and cause even greater damage to the supporting bone and the periodontal ligament which hold teeth solid in your jaw.
What are dental implants?
Dental implants have become the gold standard for replacing missing teeth. Implants can even look and feel like your natural teeth.
Dental implants are replacement teeth that are fixed to your jawbone with a titanium or zirconium post. This post is inserted into the jaw in the same location as the root of the tooth that was extracted.
Wisdom Tooth Removal
Wisdom teeth are what many people call the 3rd molars. They are the last teeth to emerge if they don’t cause problems. Unfortunately they often do cause problems. For most people our jaws are not large enough to be able to accommodate this set of large teeth coming in and the result is teeth that are crooked or that don’t fully emerge.
